Contracts with California Breeders
If you are purchasing a puppy in California, be sure that your contract contains those items in the California Puppy Lemon Law. They are written to protect you from breeders who will have you sign a contract to the breeders' advantage. If the California breeder will not include those clauses pertaining to how the sale should be in California, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
